Pizza, Fruit Cause Illness - Whole Foods Market, Cary North Carolina

Went to whole food on 8/12/18 after church and bought a slice of pizza , mix fruit and ate it . After consuming it about 4 to 5 hours later got sick diarrhea,nauseous,headache and etc. stayed that way for about 4days. Did not go to see Doctor, but which I had , was awful experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
