My husband and I shared a ham sandwich from here yesterday. We both have stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea which started this afternoon.. The sandwich is the only food we ate in common.

Me and my husband got very sick today after eating from salad bar at Whole Food in Cary NC. It happened to us several times in the last 12 months from the same place.

Pizza, Fruit Cause Illness

Went to whole food on 8/12/18 after church and bought a slice of pizza , mix fruit and ate it . After consuming it about 4 to 5 hours later got sick diarrhea,nauseous,headache and etc. stayed that way for about 4days. Did not go to see Doctor, but which I had , was awful experience.

Salad bar: mixed greens, corn, peas, shredded cheese, croutons, bow tie pasta, antipasta, bacon bits, cucumber, sunflower seeds
Pickle bar: okra and pickles | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
