Bought a box of shrimp noodle and tso’s chicken rice at evening of 3/19. I ate shrimp noodle(expired at 3/24) at 3/21 noon, diarrhea at 3/21 evening. At that time, I thought it’s because the burritos I ate at night. Then I ate tso’s chickens(expired at 3/15) at 3/23 afternoons, diarrhea at 3/23 evening. Basically I can confirm the root cause of diarrhea is WFM’s food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
