11:30 am-Leave for school, still feeling nauseous
12:15pm- Vomiting at school accompanied by diarrhea.
(current time) 8:30pm- Still nauseated, have thrown up a couple times, no diarrhea. Can't eat anything without throwing it back up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
