12/55:30pm-Ate from the Whole Foods 'hot bar' (steamed broccoli, macaroni, and a sausage-type dish with assorted vegetables.

4:00am-Wake up with extreme nausea, run to bathroom to vomit and diarrhea. (continues for 2 1/2 hours)
11:30 am-Leave for school, still feeling nauseous
12:15pm- Vomiting at school accompanied by diarrhea.
(current time) 8:30pm- Still nauseated, have thrown up a couple times, no diarrhea. Can't eat anything without throwing it back up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
