Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea,Stomach Pain,Chills,Headache
Suspected source: their turkey in gravy in cafe area, on - Wed Nov 23
Onset: Not sure, maybe an hour after
Duration: It's Tue, Nov 29, and I'm still recovering with headache & digestive problems. First day able to eat more than toast was Sun.
Additional information: Never vomited but had dry heaves Thu/Fri after | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
