Ate from salad bar at 7:30pm on Thursday, march 16th and began vomiting at 11pm that night. It was the only food I had that afternoon. I ate mushrooms, butter bean salad, garbanzo bean salad and spinach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
