- comments: observed evidence of appx. 30 or more mice droppings on floor next to 2- door reach in cooler,on floor along wall base behind cooking equipment,on wall outlet next cooking equipment,in lunch room radiators and on floor in between tables,next to bait box. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/2/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(no citation issued)
