Yesterday, August 5th I had the beef only combo XL with brown rice. It looked a little weird, the meat look different than when I’m used to, but I didn’t think much of it and just went ahead and ate. Come the next morning August 6. Literally have not stopped throwing up with severe pain and diarrhea. It’s been going on for 12 hours plus now going to have to go to the emergency room because all that I ate yesterday. Was that Yoshinoya plate and nothing else, except water, and the brisk iced tea that the combo came with hoping to get to the emergency room either today or tomorrow, with some kind of diagnosis to move forward with action. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
