- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more rat droppings on floor amongst clutter and basket and foot rest in front cab of food truck must remove droppings,clean and sanitize areas. - comments: observed a gap along bottom of front door and along bottom and sides of rear door,hole in floor panel near gas petal must repair to be tight fitting to prevent insect entry. Observed missing window screen must provide and maintain.
