Poke Bowl Illness Suspected - Zany Graze, Lewiston Idaho

On Tuesday I ate a poke bowl for lunch; it was delivered to my office by a drug rep and was consumed immediately. Tuesday night I began having severe abdominal pain and cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, sulfur burps, and nausea. My symptoms have continued with minimal improvement (day 5). Though I cannot definitively confirm this was food poisoning, I am highly suspicious due to the timeline and consumption of raw fish. I can’t say for certain it was the food but the timeline along with it being raw sushi makes me highly suspicious. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
