Room Temp Salad Illness - Zaxby's, King North Carolina

I know exactly what it was. It was a Cobb salad I ate around 8 pm yesterday and it was suspicious but i continued to eat it. It didn’t look old or of poor quality but it wasn’t cold and it wasn’t hot (in a way that salad may bet hot spots when you put warm or hot grilled chicken on top). It was a very even temp that was about room temp and that raised a concern with me that it has been sitting at room temp too long. I ate about half of it and I just felt like it wasn’t worth the risk. Stupid that I kept eating it at all, I know. Stomach cramping and diarrhea after about two hours but mild. Symptoms worsened in the morning. My husband and a few bites of the salad, mostly ate my chicken out of it, and he had an onset of diarrhea and stomach cramps this morning an diarrhea for the rest of the day.
