Mushroom Saganaki Illness - Zaytinya DC restaurant, Washington District of Columbia

Last night I ate. Small plate restaurant. Ordered the Mushroom Saganaki. Felt ok eating but shortly after meal ended started feeling nauseous & developed very foul-smelling flatulence.

Thought it was because of the "rich" food but within 3-4 hours of meal I was vomiting & "expelling" the meal whole. Have aches, chills, weakness, & fatigue.

I didn't even eat the whole dish but it definitely didn't digest. Could be the mushrooms or cheese. Not sure but I haven't felt this sick in years.

Only able to keep down some vegetable broth, one saltine, & coconut water.

Hope it doesn't get worse.

Never again will I eat Mushroom Saganaki. Lesson learned the hard way. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Flatulence, Weakness, Chills, Fatigue, Body Ache
