I didn't eat much yesterday, black coffee, potatoes and ham. In the evening I hadn't had supper yet and had been out getting groceries. I decided to saute zucchini and onions, which I had on hand and eaten previously. About four hours later during the night I had diarrhea and nausea that was non stop for a couple hours and then it let up but left me unsettled for the day. No fever, aches or pains... Not even stomach pain. Just the worst case of diarrhea I've even had. Couldn't leave the bathroom for a couple minutes, felt hot, flush and uneasy. The zucchini was washed and looked okay, but the only thing different or new to my diet that I could think may be the cause of my serious midnight struggles. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
