I ate the southwest wrap when we entered museum and started to feel sick and cold while walking around. When we got home, I had nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. In the morning I was better. This is a duplicate report because the first one didn't submit properly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the chicken and kale salad at American Cafe on Friday May 18 at 12:15pm. Vomited violently within an hour. Vomited all afternoon. I am never sick and usually can eat anything. The salad was prepackaged and probably assembled elsewhere. I hope others are not visiting the… See more
