Purchased the subway melt with light mayonaise Thursday 15th March 2018. Approximately 3.40pm. Was vomiting with fever at 12. 30pm on Friday 16.03.18. Contious throughout the weekend with nausea and diahorrea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
