So we were in here today for lunch and my daughter had a chicken sandwich and said it tasted funny after eating half..she is now violently throwing up and had severe stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered caramel frappe last night woke up been sick and didn't know which way to face the toilet.
I'm single mum of 3 young children and still need to look after them which is hard when going to the bathroom every half an hour or so.
