Sickness pain, Me and my son both eat, Reeves peanut butter cups. Both of us was sick and had diarrhoea. I mean it was only 2 each

I was in the drive thru and I ordered a mcchicken sandwich. My carer (I'm from a children's home) ordered a happy meal with chicken mcnuggets. Later on, I felt very nauseous and threw up around 2am. The next day I've had a very bad stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
