Had a bad experience eating out?

Your report helps protect others.

Made a package of curry maggi noodles and they had a weird cardboard chemical type of flavour so I only ate a forkful. Couple of hours later I was feeling nauseous and sick, I vomited and now I have diarrhoea. Its the only thing I’ve eaten today so can’t be anything else!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
