Last night I ate a Thistle plant based entree (a delivery service in SF Bay Area) and piece of vegan carrot cake. I woke up with nausea, cramps and diarrhea feeling like I might vomit. This is the third time this has happened after eating foods from Thistle.co. I am canceling my service today!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
