Ordered the peporni pizza and got extreme food poisoning 2 hours after eating. Currently vomiting extreme amounts with extreme stomach pain. Will be going to the hospital as this sickness is far beyond anything I've ever experienced. Last night Maybe bad mussels Very painful. Worst I have ever had. Had smorg got really sick. I talked to people that ate with me. The only thing I had that nobody else had were the mussels. Suspected source: Caesar salad
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Had caesar for supper took left overs home & ate them about 6 hrs. later started feeling Vertigo about 2-21/2 hrs. later.
