I ate a 6" spicy Italian on whole wheat and hrs later became very nauseous then the diarrhea came as well as vomiting and fever. Lasted 24 hrs and am slowly feeling better. Ruined my thoughts of ever eating there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
