Purchased a bagel with egg and bacon around 9am today June 7, 2026. Began feeling ill early afternoon. Have been in bed vomiting since. Severe stomach cramps. Did not ingest anything else today except coffee from home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
