I felt fine all day went to eat DQ and about 10 minutes after eating I got stomach cramps and di harr and spent the rest of the day/night with it my mom also got diarrhea about 3 hours later and feels the same as me  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

A&w inside pacific centre vamcouver bc. Ordered a mozza burger meal. Felt nauseas and puking about an hour after my meal. 2nd time it happened ! 2 different locations.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday, we went out to McDonald's to get Ice-cream to celebrate the end of exams. After that, I felt very nauseous. Though, I didn't suspect it was food poisoning. Then today, I was craving it again, and when I got it, I got the nausea, but more serve,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Order Quesadia with fry supreme. Only one in my family to eat it within suspected time frame. Missed a day of work because of vomiting and diarrhea. Should have listen to my gut when the drive thru employee didn't seem to care about anything.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at mcdonalds at roughly 1 PM this past wednesday. I had a junior chicken, mcdouble and caramel sundae. Same night I had diarreah and had to go to the washroom 5+ times and still have a huge headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
