Either a jackfruit burger or a cocktail I had a burger then a cocktail at Nema. That night I was nauseated all night and it got worse the following day. The diarrhea and vomiting started 24 hours later. I have been profusely sweating and unable to eat with fever and body pains for 3 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Sweating, Body Ache

Spent a few days there around 1-19. Not positive where I picked up the bug but pretty sure it was a popular carribean/local fare spot off the main drag. Meal: chicken, rice and beans, side salad
