Just got back yesterday, vomited and had diarrhea the entire day. Another member of group experienced this while at the resort on Day 3. 7 out 9 people experienced nausea, intensive stomach pains/cramping and/or diarrhea. NOBODY drank the tap water.

I got in July 11th feeling absolutely fine— no symptoms. Went to El Patio that night and immediately felt sick afterwards. Played it off because I had just experienced a long flight, thought maybe I was just dehydrated or tired.
