I was in Punta Cana at a resort back in December with a friend. About 3 days into our trip I fell ill with a persistent headache, fever, diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. My friend was fine, but I went to the hospital. Unsure of what caused it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache

Excellence resort in may 2017. Sudden onset illness, worst illness ever. Sick on the bathroom floor for 15 hours. Nausea, vomiiing, cramps etc., the symptoms started within an hour to two hours of eating  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
