With my partner we went to eat mac do, I had a Big Mac menu, fries, cola, nuggets. In the middle of the night (3 am) I wake up with stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Me the fries to move King and my loved one I don't know, I ate the fries then I went to throw everything away and I had a stomach ache afterwards but no diarrhea yet it was in the night around 4 am that diarrhea appeared  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

She became ill a few hours (5 hours) after her meal (big mac, small wrap and water) at MacDonald's. Untimely vomiting throughout the night, diarrhea, pain in her lower back and left leg, shivering etc.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
