I ordered Pizza and Chicken wings last night and during my sleep symptoms started with diarrhea, fever, and constant stomach pains. I did not go to the doctor yet, however I will do on Monday to get to the bottom of this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
