I ate a burger, fries and a McFlurry.
The salad did not seem fresh to me.
I think my food poisoning came from there. Diarrhoea and intense stomachache for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Yesterday evening I ordered a 280 menu and a McFirst Fish
I woke up this morning with nausea 10 minutes after diarrhea arrives then vomiting has also been my thing since 10 am this morning that I have been in the toilet between vomit and diarrhea I find it very serious  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
