I ate it later in the evening: Big Tasty Bacon Chili Cheese with Curly Fries and a McFlurry with Oreo and Chocolate Sauce.
At night I had severe diarrhea and nausea, which have been going on all day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Had chicken burger, chicken nudges on aug 3 evening there (19:00), then right away, had stomachache, then nausea and vomiting and diarrhea during the night till morning. also fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
