I ordered a Big Mäc menu without pickles. The first part was fresh and good, and the lower part of the Big Mäc smelled old and guessed I didn't eat it anymore, but I still feel bad now diarrhea nausea abdominal cramps without end  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
