Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: nausea, vomiting
Suspected source: McDonald Bürger
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 3 people
Additional information: After we went to McDonald's in Bad Hersfeld, we were feeling very ill we had to vomit from eating, etc.

I bought taccos there that are already done there is a spice powder after consumption the smell and taste of the powder made me so bad that I had passed over for a whole night and had diarrhea and headaches  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

My partner and I ordered 2 burgers and 2 cheese chili fries. When the food arrived, we noticed the bun was extremely hard at the inside which is supposed to be roasted. Both the burger and the fries were not served hot (they were at room temperature).… See more

On the flight on 12.01.25 from Tos to Fra I was served the poke bowl with fish and mayonnaise, I had extreme diarrhea (!!!!! ) with a lot of water loss and breakage. That was borderline, I'm glad it ended without a hospital visit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
