After my friend and I left the restaurant, we immediately got severe stomach pain. Both he and I had diarrhea after 1 hour. I also vomited, my whole body is shaking, I have severe headaches and I continue to feel nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Since Monday morning, all 5 of us who ate lunch at Burger King in Porta Westfalica on Saturday have had diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. The only common denominator is just this common meal. We had all eaten chicken burgers.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
