Qatar Airways flight from Hamburg, Germany to Doha, Qatar

I had ordered lactose-free food. This kept me tied to my bed for 4 days during my vacation. After that, due to dehydration, a doctor had to come and give me infusions. Qatar Air is not responding to my complaint after 1.5 weeks.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

Yesterday evening (21:30) I picked up nuggets, fries and various burgers for myself and my little daughter (I a Big Mac, she a cheeseburger) and immediately after eating, we both reacted with vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted overnight and is now still acute in the morning.
