rings plus a mustard sauce and a little fanta. I got on my train and ate. From Milan to Florence it's 2:00 p.m. it was the most horrible two hours of my life. I had a cramp I was hot I couldn't stay put I went to the bathroom and of course everything I ate from the Burger King I vomited because I was so sick I almost missed my stop. When I arrived at the hotel I vomited again in the reception bathroom and one last time in my room before falling asleep in a bad condition.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
