Had a pizza and panna cotta last night and then was sick through the night and still really bad today. This was the only thing i ate since an early lunch so must have been the food there  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered Pizza (vegetarian) and soon after that in a few hours i was unsure which part of my body to aim at the toilet bowl first.

Especially with the hot weather it was worse and ruined our trip in Venice  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate lasagna from 2:30-3:00 pm, and then 30 minutes later started to feel bad. Diarrhea, vomiting and chills started within 45 min and got progressively worse with frequent diarrhea and vomiting every 20-30 min for hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

The Turbot (white fish) was soaked, tasted bad, and both tasted and seemed to be heated in the microwave. I felt sick in the evening. I wanted to vomit and I had a heavy stomach and a lot of gas in my stomach.
