Ordered delivery (no idea which branch they delivered from) to my office at KLCC area. Delivery arrived in less than 20mins which usually took half an hour. Vomited 1 hour after meal and suffer for the next 36hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Bought a whole cake chocolate indulgence from Secret Recipe on 30 April 2019 night. When we ate the cake the next day the cake tasted sour. My 3 years old son is now having diarrhoea after eating the cake  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
