Ippinkaku's stir-fry showed that night that I had eaten fried rice and then switched to creamy chicken rice. An hour after eating, I immediately had chills, diarrhea, and weakness all over my body. It must be due to the chicken not being fresh  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Headache, Weakness

On this Monday 18/04/2022 I bring my family to jakar that we stop to one famous shop that sell Chinese dumplings shumai and buy around 50 pcs of shumai after eat the at that night all family and my friends food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got food poisoning from here. I ate dry curry pork neck rice. I got all symptom stated and fever on 1st and 2nd day. Having the food on last week Thursday @1.30pm poisoning attack me @4.30pm. Till today I’m still in hospital cause still diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Fever
