We were on vacation in Cozumel at here and both of us got sick. Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting aches and pains fever. Lasted 2 days. Talked to many many others who also had same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

2 days into 5 day vacation, 4 out of 7 of us have either diarrhea or vomiting. We have all eaten at the main buffet or the beach restaurant. We leave tomorrow and refuse to eat anything until we are off this island.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Oct 30. had dinner with mom girlfriend. Chicken Alfredo. By dinner the next evening. I had zero appetite, stomach cramping, diarrea and a fewer. Sill in bed today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
