My wife, my children ages 2, 7 and 9, my mother and me. With symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, headache. My wife and I started Thursday afternoon she and I started Friday at noon. My children just this morning. Yesterday we left the RIU Mazatlan hotel.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Hundreds of people getting g violently ill here. 4/7 of my group got food poisoning. The resort doesn’t care. Hundreds of people sick and calling off resort doctors and some ended up in hospital.

Never been that sick in my life.
Puking, diarrhea headache and chills like never before. Sad to think I saw cooks grabbing cooked pasta from a tub with their bare hands and tossing it into a frying pan then vegetables with bare hands.
