Went to McDonald's for the long weekend stopped there on the 4th and 7th Feb 2024 got up set stomach both times. Didn't realize the first time just my son had a diarrhea but then on the way home we stopped again. We have both had diarrhea I Aldo have a headache and have vomited once.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Additional information: I believe it was the fish burger. The middle looked a bit funny but I thought it was just me being stupid.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

I had a pizza with impossible burger meat on it and was violently sick hours later, I'm talking projectile vomiting, it was awful, my husband ate the same food but wasnt sick, only mildly uncomfortable. I ate an impossible burger months later and felt very nauseous. It's… See more
