A groups of approximately 30 people (me and my friends) got food poisoning or water contamination. Many people vomiting and with diahrrea on the days of 03/10 and 03/11 of 2020. We are not sure if it was in the hotel one averee breakfast or on the boat tour lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

it could have been that place or the food they cooked on the boat on our tour when we were island hopping The two of us are traveling together we both got sick at the same time I've recovered but my wife is still suffering  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Around 6 pm last night I ate Shanghai Lumpia. Woke up at 3am feeling nauseous. Have vomited 3 times in less than 2 hours. The regular lumpia sas okay. I had it the night before -so must be the meat  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
