I ate meatballs, my symptoms started a week later, nausea, diarrhea with alot of blood, abdominal cramps and dizziness. I contacted the restaurant and they told me all checks were in place even though I have a picture of my uncooked meal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness

On monday evening around 8 o´clock, I ate big mac - 50 years menu. Maybe 2-3 hours later I got painful cramps in my stomach. Next day, the nausea was still there and even worse. Same day I got fever and diarhea. Till today it has been 2 days and I´m still in pain. + don´t have any appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
