On Saturday 02.09 we flew from Istanbul to Stuttgart, didn't eat anything before the flight, vomited 6-7 hours after landing and it continued with death diarrhea!!!

If I traveled with 3 children, I was affected first and that immediately after 2 days:
Diarrhea stomach cramps
On the 3rd day, all children at once: stomach pain diarrhea vomiting. We decided not to eat in the hotel anymore and ate outside!!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
