I ordered a flafel tortilla and a falafel sandwich around 2:30 am, it was the last thing i ate and around 5/6 i woke up with discomfort in my stomach which lasted for about an hour till i vomited  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

He ordered food from a restaurant and got food poisoning The symptoms started within 2 hours of eating ...he started feeling heavy and severe stomach spasms...after a while it got unbearable and I had to take him to the emergency...where the dr mentioned its a case of food poisoning
