I was having lunch delivered to my home , got fries i ate probably 5 pieces of fries cause im on a diet , after that my stomach went cramping and i was on pain the whole day. (This happened twice) < not same stores.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

I had lunch there on Wed 12 July 2017 and have had a bad stomach since. I didn't have any other food that day and felt perfectly fine the day before so it pretty much narrows it down to that lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I couldnt sleep all night as I had a massive headache and nausea and in the morning I started vomiting and started sweating and couldn't stomach anything.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating

We bought one half of a watermelon (Jordanian) in carrefour, we got bad diarrhea (only those who ate it) the water melon was not cleaned before they cut it, i washed it home but still you cant cut an unwashed fruit!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
