I bought a greggs corned beef pasty and a sausage roll on 2nd June 2026, in the evening I had severe stomach pain, cramps, nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea, the next day I had severe flatulence and diarrhea, The symptoms are still ongoing and my GP has diagnosed a stomach bug and gastroenteritis.
