My son is currently ill with both vomiting and diarrhoea, the only things he has eaten today were a Greggs sausage roll and tuna sandwich he bought for breakfast on his way to work , he began to feel unwell approx 4 hrs after eating .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
