Had a cheeseburger for lunch today around 12:10, and 3 hours later I started getting stomach cramps, then got diarrhea, and started vomiting. I will never eat McDonalds again!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
