Chipotle Burrito Bowl Illness - Chipotle, Fremont California

I had Chipotle on January 19th and the evening of January 20th, I began to experience fever symptoms. I felt as though I was coming down with a cold with a fever and headache. But the next day, I began to feel nauesous, lightheaded, and I was not able to keep any food down. As I ate my first meal of the day, I immediately vomited and for the rest of the day, I had the chills, I had body aches where I was shaking and could not keep my body still because it ached so bad, cramping and I continued to vomit throughout the day with only being able to drink water. I felt okay the following day, but for that 24 hours, I felt extremely sick and weak. I had a chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Body Ache, Cramps, Shaking, Lightheaded
